Natasha Paige Appointed Head of Legal at Lextech
Leading Australian banking and finance law firm Lextech has announced the promotion of Natasha Paige to Head of Legal, strengthening the technology-enabled firm’s leadership team as it continues to support over one-third of lenders across Australia.
Natasha has been a key member of the Lextech legal leadership group since joining the firm in 2022, playing a central role in delivering high-volume, compliant, and technology-enabled mortgage processing solutions for lenders across the country. Her promotion recognises her depth of experience in banking and finance law, operational leadership, and commitment to client outcomes.
In her new role, Natasha will lead Lextech’s legal function and solicitor teams across residential, commercial, and specialty lending, overseeing legal operations, compliance, and service delivery for the firm’s growing lender and broker client base.
The recognition follows Lextech winning several major awards including Banking and Finance team of the Year at the Australian Law Awards.
Jason Popkowski, CEO of Lextech, said Natasha’s promotion reflects both her leadership and the firm’s continued growth.
“Natasha has been instrumental in building the strength, capability, and reputation of our legal operations,” Mr Popkowski said.
“She brings a deep understanding of banking and finance law, combined with the operational discipline required to deliver high-volume mortgage processing at scale. This promotion recognises her contribution and positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”
“Lextech is Australia’s leading law firm for banking and mortgage processing, supporting more than one-third of all Australian lenders with their legal needs. Natasha’s leadership will be central to continuing to deliver the speed, certainty, and service our clients rely on.”
Lextech is a 100% Australian-owned, award-winning firm combining national legal expertise with purpose-built technology. The firm is trusted by more than one-third of Australian lenders and facilitates billions of dollars in property transactions each year.
Natasha’s appointment comes as Lextech continues to invest in leadership, technology, and client service to support lenders seeking faster, more efficient, and scalable mortgage processing solutions.
