LEXTECH is a cloud-based centralised platform in which ensures all parties to a loan have access to the same information in relation to the property settlement resulting in less errors.
Financial Institutions (Lenders), Brokers, Solicitors, Conveyancers. LEXTECH currently services 25 Lenders and 3 Solicitor Firms.
The LEXTECH platform is available to all parties to a transaction associated with any current clients of Lextech, meaning that Brokers’ and Borrower’s Legal Representatives can use the system to access critical information pertaining to their mutual client’s loan.
LEXTECH is IEC/ISO 27001 certified, meeting the highest standards of data security and risk management. Data is stored locally within Australia via Microsoft Azure.
Multi-Factor Authentication on LEXTECH requires you to have Microsoft Authenticator, contact servicedesk@lex-tech.com.au if you require assistance.
LEXTECH deals with a variety of different “matter types” formulated on loan structures ranging from Advance and Increase matters to Construction and Discharge matters, Contact us here to book in a demo.

You can be onboarded straight away! No need to create custom workflows, or spend months of your team’s time, these are already in built for you and configurable based on your preferences.
We understand sometimes you might want a more custom experience, and our team are dedicated to getting you up and running within an agreed scope of work.
We find that once Lextech is supplied with the lenders solicitor’s documents they can start processing matters within the week!
When you are added to a LEXTECH matter you will receive a link which will direct you to a page to set your password. The link will expire after 24 hours, but you’ll still be able to reset your password.
