Lextech collects, uses and discloses personal information as needed to operate our business and for the provision of the Lextech Platform and Services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We process data based on consent, contract necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interests as defined above.
Data Security & Retention
We prioritise the security of your information and maintain our infrastructure and IT systems in accordance with industry best practices and the internationally recognised ISO 27001 security standard.
Where data storage is directly in Lextech’s control, we endeavour to host all personal information and documents on technology infrastructure in locations within Australia. However, from time to time we may engage third-party service providers who may store and access data outside of Australia in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the protection of your personal information, we cannot guarantee the location of storage by these third-party providers.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

the right to access the personal information we hold about you;
the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; and
